We invite applications from dedicated and forward-thinking Inclusive Curriculum Developers to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support in Gloucester. The successful candidate will design and implement innovative curricula that cater to the diverse learning needs of students with complex requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver bespoke curricula that address the distinct learning needs of students with complex requirements.
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and external professionals to create and implement comprehensive support plans and interventions.
- Regularly review student progress, analyzing learning outcomes and refining teaching strategies to maximize academic achievement and personal development.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Display a comprehensive understanding of various SEN needs, including complex and Autism.
- Evident commitment to continuous professional growth and a passion for inclusive education.
