Hiring a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) is a crucial step in supporting students who struggle to learn in traditional school environments. Job Overview

In this role, you will work closely with local authorities and the staff team to develop and implement effective strategies to re-engage students who have lost their love of learning. Our curriculum offers a broad range of academic and vocational options, allowing students to explore their interests and strengths.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver short-term, personalized learning programmes nationally
  • Utilize trauma-informed approaches to support students' emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to tailor sessions to individual learning and developmental needs
  • Foster positive relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including a Christmas bonus, Blue Light Card, and colleague referral scheme. We also provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support your growth and success.
