Job Title: Inclusive Learning Facilitator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, forward-thinking school for pupils aged 7-16 with autism. As an Inclusive Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care and education for each pupil. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SEN, experience working with children or young people with autism, and a strong passion for inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with autism.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure pupils receive the best care and education.
  • Promote positive behavior and emotional wellbeing.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance SEN expertise.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary estimated at £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
