Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students with special educational needs;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure consistency and continuity of care;
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree in Education or related field;
  • PQTE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent qualification;
  • Experience working with SEMH students;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
