We're seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at **Teaching Personnel**, supporting students with Social Emotional and Mental Health and Speech, Language and Communication Needs.

Responsibilities as an SEN Teacher will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging KS3 and 4 lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Assessing student work and informing instruction to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Leading classes Monday – Friday.

Requirements include:

  • QTS
  • Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Passion for teaching and its transformative impact on students' lives.
  • Experience working with SEND pupils or a willingness to develop these skills.
