Job Summary: Reablement Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse to lead our reablement team in Norwich. As a Reablement Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reablement team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote partnership working and improve patient experiences.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse on the NMC Register.
  • Experience leading a team in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work strategically and make informed decisions.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
