We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 5 Inpatient Staff Nurse who can contribute to our team and support our mission to deliver exceptional patient-centred care. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of clinical professionals dedicated to patient recovery and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:- Clinical/Professional
- Be responsible for delivery of care in a reablement setting.
- To support an environment where all team members are responsible for a reablement ethos using a positive risk-taking approach for patients, their carers and families.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within a quality framework to ensure that the highest standards of care are met.
- Assist with the induction of new staff and students, acting as a mentor.
- Competitive Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 a year pro rata per annum
