Job Title: Reablement Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reablement Support Professional to join our team in Norfolk.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a positive impact on people's lives, helping them regain their confidence and independence after illness or injury.
You will work with clients in their own homes, providing personalized support and care to enable them to live safely and comfortably.
As a Reablement Support Professional, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, creating personalized care plans, and delivering high-quality support and care services.
Salary: £12.24 per hour (Monday-Friday), £14.00 per hour (weekends)
