Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, live chat, and email, taking ownership of cases and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Case Management: Manage and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing negotiation and influencing skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, utilizing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- IT Proficiency: Utilize MS packages and other software applications to perform job duties, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions and take initiative to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: £13.14 per hour.
- Temporary Position: Initial 3-month period, with the possibility of extension.
- Remote Work Option: Opportunity to work from home, with occasional travel to our Eastleigh offices.
