  • Explain repair estimates to customers, ensuring they agree to all work.
  • Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
  • Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
  • Filing paperwork, ensuring all invoices are accurate.
  • Taking payment for agreed repairs.
  • Assist Manager with the branch's workflow and schedule.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand protection.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software, preferably Drive/CDK/Kerridge.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise.
  • Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organisational skills and work well under pressure.
  • Good team player.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Basic Salary – Basic Salary up to £32,000.
