Job Title: Accounts Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Poole Townsend Estates Ltd. As a key member of our Accounts Department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Processing transactions, including invoices and payments
• Providing administrative support to the Accounts Department
• Assisting with compliance with the SRA Accounts rules
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information

Requirements:
• Recognised accountancy qualification (AAT level 3/ILFM or equivalent)
• Previous experience of working in an accounts office
• Strong Microsoft IT skills, including spreadsheets and internet banking systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Working Hours:
Part-time working hours are 9am-1pm Monday to Friday or 1pm-5pm Monday to Thursday and 12:30pm-4:30pm Friday (or any combination).
