Associate Civil Design Engineer

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Design Engineer to join their Twickenham office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of projects, overseeing the Civils team and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, architects, planners, and other property professionals throughout the development life cycle.
  • Establish new client relationships and develop existing ones through excellent project delivery and repeat business.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, focusing on technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Undertake Health & Safety duties, ensuring a safe working environment for the project team and fulfilling all responsibilities for health and safety in design.
  • Set up projects on the company system, allocate budgets, manage project finances, and interact with clients.
  • Represent the company at consultants' meetings and participate in developing the UK practice.
  • Develop staff, assist in training and mentoring, and support professional accreditation.
