Senior Civil Design Engineer

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team in Twickenham, West London.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead our civils team in designing roads, highways, drainage, and earthworks for various types of developments in London and other areas of the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, drainage, and earthworks
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design solutions
  • Mentor and train junior members of staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Civil Design Engineer in a design consultancy or construction company
  • Strong knowledge of design software, including Causeway Flow, Microdrainage, Site3D, and Civil3D
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
