Job Title: Associate Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Associate Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. As an Associate Civil Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our civil infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a background in development infrastructure design and will be responsible for overseeing the design of surface and foul water drainage, highways, earthwork strategies, and utilities for new developments. You will work closely with developer clients to bring out the best in your team and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop civil infrastructure projects, including surface and foul water drainage, highways, earthwork strategies, and utilities.
  • Work closely with developer clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developer clients, stakeholders, and other key partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our design and delivery processes.
Requirements:
  • A background in development infrastructure design gained at a UK consultancy.
  • Knowledge of relevant software, including Civil 3D, PDS, Site 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, Causeway Flow, etc.
