Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Validate complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Coordinate with customer care technicians, suppliers, and engineers to resolve issues and schedule appointments.
  • Ensure work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Update and maintain records.
  • Bring persistent faults to the attention of your Manager.
  • Categorize works effectively to minimize costs.
  • Develop an understanding of the Reporting Process and assist with defect logging when required.
  • Process reports.
  • Attend necessary meetings to support job performance.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
