About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Anderson Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support and guidance to clients in a professional and efficient manner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their requirements
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance
  • Utilize CRM database and Microsoft Office packages to support administrative processes

  • Regularly report on business development activities and sales performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment

  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
