About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, inputting and updating customer data, and performing ad-hoc administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering customer calls regarding order enquiries, complaints, subscriptions, and storage.
- Inputting and updating customer data using our bespoke software.
- Performing any ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
- Full training will be provided.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Retail is desirable.
