We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and providing sales support to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support, offering help and guidance in an efficient and positive way
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research
  • Research potential clients, generate leads, and build successful relationships
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance
  • Utilize the CRM database and Microsoft Office packages to support administrative processes
  • Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of the business
  • Suggest improvements to the process from collating customer feedback
  • Regularly report on business development activities and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to promote the organisation in a friendly way
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong use of MS Office, with an ability to learn to use a bespoke database
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
