As a Senior Training Program Analyst - Aviation Fleet at Sigma Defense, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer's aviation training needs in Norfolk, VA.

This position is subject to the successful award of a contract. If awarded, the successful candidate will be offered the position based on the condition that the contract is finalized. The key qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field of study.
  • 10 years of experience if no degree is held.

A Secret security clearance is mandatory for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Operations and Training

Assist in the validation and prioritization of aviation Fleet training to meet operational requirements and provide recommendations to government personnel.

Collaborate with government personnel to develop, coordinate, and maintain aviation fleet training policies, processes, and programs associated with operational requirements.

Policy Development and Analysis

Support Fleet aviation training policy and standards analysis, including collaboration with representatives from other military services and government agencies.

Provide recommendations to government representatives on the articulation and implementation of aviation Fleet training requirements and DOTMLP-F change requests.

Review and analyze aviation-related NWTS products, instructions, and doctrine to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.

Knowledge Sharing and Communication

Develop and deliver current, accurate, and complete aviation training-related point/information papers, briefs/presentations, and executive summary memorandums for USFF leadership on training issues.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The benefits package includes:
