Kitchen Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Norwich, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring excellent presentation and taste.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service during busy periods.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, showcasing creativity and passion for cooking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, preferably in the UK.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
