Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise gateway meetings, including upload of gateway documents onto system, tracking gateway actions and follow up to ensure actions are closed out in timely manner.
  • Timely issue and tracking of Gateway approval documentation.
  • Support the Head of Legal with the organisation of contract signing, witnessing of documents, and ensuring final signed documents are uploaded onto Developments system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Housing/Developments working in an administrative role and working with Exec members.
  • A self-starter with a decisive mindset and ability to make decisions.
  • Understanding of the importance of data protection and confidentiality in this role.
