**Job Summary**

As a Senior Administrator/Team Leader, you will provide critical support to the Admin Manager by ensuring the smooth operation of their office and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing email communications, flagging urgent emails, and responding or forwarding emails to relevant staff as needed.
  • Demonstrating expertise in SystmOne for clinical recordkeeping and data extraction.
  • Providing administrative support for personnel/HR reporting requirements, including sickness and annual leave.
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing clinical coding of patients' records.
  • Ensuring compliance with Trust administrative policies and procedures, including confidentiality.
  • Supporting the Admin Manager in implementing core operational administration systems and services.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of IT packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in supervisory roles and/or management of staff.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative in implementing administrative systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
