Job Role:

As a key member of our team at Anderselite LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of a project, reporting directly to a Project Manager or Commercial Manager. Your primary focus will be on providing liaison with the client, Quantity Surveyors, and senior staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Duties:

• Commercial responsibility for the Commercial function within these areas, working closely with the Contracts Manager and other team members to achieve project goals.

• Management and development of other commercial team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

• Liaison with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that commercial aspects of the project are aligned with their requirements.

• Collaboration with Quantity Surveyors to ensure accurate and timely commercial information is provided to stakeholders.

• Development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive project success and maximize value for our clients.
