Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Overview:
Fusion People Ltd is a leading provider of FM/construction project management services. We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team and provide project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports and presentations
- Managing project documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Preparing and submitting invoices for payment
- Resolving payment disputes and negotiating with suppliers
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
You will have experience working in a fast-paced FM/construction project management environment, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Estimated Salary: £34,000 per annum
