Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports and presentations
  2. Managing project documentation, including contracts and agreements
  3. Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  4. Preparing and submitting invoices for payment
  5. Resolving payment disputes and negotiating with suppliers
  6. Developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

You will have experience working in a fast-paced FM/construction project management environment, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: £34,000 per annum
