Role Overview: Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated payroll professional to serve as Payroll Supervisor at Arla Foods Plc.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To spearhead our payroll team's efforts in achieving payroll excellence and compliance, while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • To cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, demonstrating a customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • To showcase self-motivation and a strong work ethic, efficiently managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • To contribute to the team's success by applying organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading a payroll processing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations, including pension administration, salary sacrifice, employee benefits, P11d (OpRA), and PSA.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex administrative tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration across the organisation.
