We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll Supervisor - UK to join our team at Arla Foods Plc. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence and efficiency in our payroll operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in payroll management, preferably with 3-5 years of experience leading a payroll processing team. Your expertise in payroll regulations and compliance, as well as your knowledge of pension administration, salary sacrifice, employee benefits, P11d (OpRA), and PSA, will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to engage professionally across all levels of the organization. A positive can-do attitude, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement, will make you stand out as an ambassador for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve payroll efficiency and compliance
  • Mentor and motivate the payroll team to achieve high standards
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £48,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays, employer pension matched up to 6%, X4 annual salary life assurance cover, and flexible benefits including additional holidays and rewards through our gateway scheme.
