About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board Support Administrator to join our Company Secretariat team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide administrative support to the Board, Committee, and Management Group meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and operational arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, liaising with departments, EAs, and PAs to check availability and send meeting invites.
  • Collate and review meeting papers, building meeting packs and uploading them to electronic portals and Sharepoint sites.
  • Maintain oversight of the Company Secretariat Outlook calendar, sending governance meeting invites and recording information.
  • Provide support for Company Secretarial activities, including document signing, Notarisation, and Apostilling, as well as monitoring regulatory documents.
  • Assist with KYC requests and ad-hoc requests for information/documents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Company Secretariat and Legal teams, as well as key stakeholders.
  • Ensure entity records are up-to-date, including the electronic statutory register database and filings at Companies House.

About You

  • Previous experience in corporate governance, company secretarial, or legal roles is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and work independently.
