About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board Support Administrator to join our Company Secretariat team at QBE Management Services (UK) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for our Board and Committee meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, including sending invitations and coordinating logistics.
- Collate and review meeting papers, building meeting packs and uploading them to our electronic Board portal and Sharepoint site.
- Maintain oversight of our Company Secretariat Outlook calendar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support for Company Secretarial activities, including document signing, Notarisation, and Apostilling.
- Assist with KYC requests and other ad-hoc requests for information/documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Company Secretariat and Legal teams, as well as other key stakeholders.
- Ensure entity records are up-to-date, including the electronic statutory register database and filings at Companies House.
Requirements
- Previous experience in corporate governance, company secretarial, or legal roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and work independently.
