About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our London office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing project activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You'll need to learn our Board functionalities and features to contribute to successful project delivery and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles from definition through delivery and post-go live.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues during the project lifecycle.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including liaising with technical resources.
- Train and coach team members, monitoring performance and taking corrective action.
- Project administration and documentation.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
- Co-ordinate project meetings, facilitating discussions and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective project actions, risks, and issues are handled on time.
- Invoice Professional Services and ensure timely payments.
- Liaise with internal and client staff at all levels, including project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role (preferably with BI or CPM solutions).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing Transformation Projects, preferably in retail, CPG, or manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages considered a plus.
- PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM considered a plus.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Ability to travel (mainly domestic).
