Join our team as a Business Development Manager
Field based.
We are seeking a sales professional with experience in manned guarding or monitoring to proactively identify, develop and secure new business across the London + SE patch.
Candidates will need to live within an hour's commute of the City of London Head Office.
You will receive support, resources and time to build that pipeline.
The Business Development Manager will also be able to develop relationships with existing clients to develop networks in order to achieve targets.
Salary to £55K + 5 K car allowance with a strong commission package.
Great name in security services market - (mainly corporate manned guarding + monitoring) a leading main supplier with a host of differentiating USPs.
25 days hols + BH + enhanced pension.

The client is seeking an individual with a strong B2B service-led sales background. (Any static or mobile security personnel services would be desirable.)
Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the operations team to identify manned guarding + monitoring opportunities for growth within new clients and execute strategy.
- Generate growth by keen networking and cold calling to identified clients.
- Achieving financial sales targets across both new and existing clients.
- Lead and/or support in the negotiation of all sales opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider business.
- Attend relevant trade events and actively pursue networking opportunities within the sector.
