Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Prime Appointments. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Support team to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients. You will also participate in campaigns designed by the senior sales team, develop and implement pricing strategies, and stay up to date on market trends and competitor analysis to maximise profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Retain existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Support team
- Participate in campaigns designed by the senior sales team
- Develop and implement pricing strategies
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Support team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
