Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
