Senior Business Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join Aston Charles' growing Partnerships Team. The successful candidate will develop the Partnership proposition in line with new business campaigns and build a pipeline of new business prospects, while forging solid relationships with key internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Partnership proposition and build a pipeline of new business prospects
- Forge solid relationships with key internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal
- Nurture a healthy pipeline of new business prospects

Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Development Manager, with exposure to the Partnerships / Affinities / Schemes distribution model
- Talented candidates from insurers, MGAs or brokers, and from either a commercial or personal lines background will be considered
Location:
This position can be remote / hybrid, and Aston Charles is open to the location of the successful candidate, although semi-regular meetings will be required in the London office, as well as at prospective clients' offices.
