This is arguably the most exciting insurance company in the market right now.

This role has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the company's growing Partnerships Team. This team provides insurance (and related products and services) to some of the largest associations in the world, and this is a key distribution channel that is very much in growth mode.

This is a new business role covering all Partnership lines, including but not limited to, Tax and Business Advice offerings, Commercial Legal Expenses products, and Financial Lines insurance.

The majority of your business will be transacted via the non-broker channel, and you'll typically be targeting the likes of Trade Associations, Federations and Institutes, as well as a small number of intermediaries.

You'll develop the Partnership proposition in line with new business campaigns and build a pipeline of new business prospects, whilst forging solid relationships with key internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal.

It's essential that you are an experienced Business Development Manager, with exposure to the Partnerships / Affinities / Schemes distribution model.

This position can be remote / hybrid and we are open to the location of the successful candidate, although semi-regular meetings will be required in the London office, as well as at prospective clients' offices.

You'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £70K (Negotiable, depending on experience), plus car allowance, lucrative quarterly bonus, and a comprehensive company benefits package which includes substantial pension contributions.
