Key Responsibilities:- HR Support: Collaborate with the HR Manager to provide HR services that meet the needs of our business, including building strong working relationships with managers and employees.
- HR Advice and Guidance: Provide practical and proactive HR advice and guidance across the region, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Change Projects: Support the creation and delivery of key change projects, including administrative tasks, creating materials, and communicating messages as required.
- Employee Relations: Support with employee relations issues, including investigations, minutes, and associated tasks.
- Policy Review: Review the company handbook and policy-related documentation to ensure everything is up to date with employment legislation.
- Training and Development: Support the facilitation of training and development needs across the region, including administration tasks, sourcing providers, and creating plans.
- Recruitment: Support all recruitment matters, from onboarding to setting up interviews and related paperwork.
- HR Calendar: Support the HR team with the HR calendar of events, including salary reviews, benchmark data, and performance appraisal process.
- Client Support: Support client groups in the execution of rollout on HR-related initiatives or projects.
- CIPD Qualified to Level 3+
- Experience as an HR generalist at a coordinator level
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Comfortable using databases and ERP software
- Flexible approach to tasks
- Self-starter mindset and the ability to use your initiative
- Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising different tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
