Account Manager - Business Development
Brook Street UK Careers is working with a leading telecommunications solutions provider in Belfast city centre. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients, understanding their business drivers, financial and operational.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service, consistently meeting client needs.
- Establish strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, keeping clients informed of new products and services.
- Stay up to date on competitor products and marketplace changes to keep and win business.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive up selling and cross-selling within the customer base.
- Work closely with the Sales teams to identify and grow opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE Level.
- Proven experience in an Account Management role, dealing with B2B clients.
- At least one year's sales background.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
