Bloomberg is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our Corporate Philanthropy team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering employee engagement activities that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and social impact.
About the Role
As a seasoned program manager, you will oversee the delivery of our Best of Bloomberg Employee Engagement program in Europe, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and high-impact opportunities across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including business partners, office committees, and charities, to drive engagement and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and social responsibility.
- Manage a portfolio of charity partnerships across Europe, ensuring effective relationships and impactful programs.
- Design and deliver events that showcase Bloomberg's commitment to philanthropy and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Philanthropy team to develop and implement impact reporting and evaluation frameworks.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in program management, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact programs that drive engagement and social impact.
- Exceptional organization, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
