Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead our employee engagement and philanthropy initiatives in Europe. The successful candidate will design and deliver high-impact programs that encourage collaboration across departments, connect employees with our culture, and build inclusive communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that align with Bloomberg's corporate philanthropy goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of charity partnerships across Europe, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and impact reporting.
  • Design and deliver events, workshops, and training programs that promote employee volunteering and social responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate employee engagement and philanthropy initiatives into business operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in program management, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
