Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that align with Bloomberg's corporate philanthropy goals and values.
- Manage a portfolio of charity partnerships across Europe, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and impact reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative events, programs, and initiatives that promote employee volunteering and community engagement.
- Provide exceptional stakeholder management, including key business partners, office committee representatives, and employee-led diversity and inclusion forums.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and logistical considerations across geographies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with charities, non-profit organizations, and community groups to advance Bloomberg's philanthropic goals.
- Contribute to the development of a Corporate Philanthropy Apprentice program, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector or corporate employee engagement.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact programs that drive employee engagement and social responsibility.
- Exceptional organization, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, charities, and community groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and written communications.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis, impact reporting, and administration, with the ability to provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
