Job Summary

The Workplace Consultancy Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director - Employee Engagement to lead programs that focus on enhancing employee engagement and driving business results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and execute comprehensive programs to enhance employee engagement, including employee recognition and reward initiatives, employee feedback and survey programs, and employee development and training programs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop program solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees, stakeholders, and leadership on program initiatives and results.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and leadership, to ensure program success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Metrics and Evaluation
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact on employee engagement and business results.
    • Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Provide leadership and guidance to program team members to ensure program success and alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of program team members.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or a related field.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform program decisions.
