My Job Tank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program General Manager to join our team in London. As a Program General Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing and supporting education programs for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Director to launch education programs in the UK by leveraging digital platforms to engage current and potential students.
  2. Act as a liaison with overseas offices to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
  3. Provide support in assessing, revising, and maintaining processes and procedures to optimize general operations.
  4. Organize and facilitate tutoring sessions and promotional events to enhance student experience.
  5. Develop partnerships with college communities to provide resources and support for our students.
  6. Lead a team of tutors, consultants, and staff to continuously improve existing programs.
  7. Perform other administrative tasks as outlined by the Director.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  2. Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in education, coaching, or a related field.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in higher education, career counseling, or adult learning.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a program management role.
  5. Demonstrated experience in organizing and facilitating training sessions with excellent communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage programs and projects.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information.
