About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead programs that focus on enhancing employee engagement and experience at The Workplace Consultancy Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, communication, and overall work experience.
  • Communication Planning: Create and execute internal communication plans, including standard operating procedures, change management plans, and project status updates.
  • Content Development: Design and develop internal communication materials, such as the program wiki, newsletter, and other relevant content.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of internal quarterly town-hall meetings and ad-hoc speaker events.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with the Program Director to communicate feedback from employee surveys and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal communications teams, HR business partners, and AWS PR teams to inform and delight employees.
Requirements
  • Program Management Experience: Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in employee engagement and experience.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive communication strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging content.
  • Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Technical Writing Experience: Experience in technical writing and content development.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a focus on process improvements and employee engagement.
