Sales Performance Lead

At adidas, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Lead to drive business growth in our European market.
We operate a hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days. Our UK offices are centres of creativity and collaboration, with world-class gym facilities on-site at Manchester HQ.
This role involves executing strategies and business efforts that deliver the sales strategy. You'll manage or support the team and contribute to shared business goals, evolving your leadership capability by tackling new opportunities.
As Brand Ambassadorship & Account Management specialist, you'll embody our brand values when interacting with stakeholders. Your skills in understanding accounts, strategic planning, sell-out & order book management, trade terms negotiation, and entrepreneurial mindset will drive opportunities to increase net sales and market share.
Key responsibilities include mentoring direct reports, enhancing their functional and core skills, and providing accurate plans and forecasts for customer performance. You'll act as an internal ambassador, advocating for your accounts' needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a leading pension scheme, performance-related bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Bupa health insurance & Westfield cash plan, generous employee discount, and flexible working policies.
