About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Care Home Clinical Lead. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents. This will involve implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies, overseeing the creation of care plans, and making critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

You will also be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentoring to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care. Your expertise in gerontology and clinical policy frameworks will be invaluable in this role, as will your ability to motivate and inspire our team to deliver their best work.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Experience of gerontology is essential, as is a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will also need to be dedicated, motivational, and passionate about delivering person-centred and compassionate care.
