About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Clinical Lead in one of our care homes. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care is in line with all regulations and standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the care team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest clinical developments.
  • Oversee the creation of care plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
  • Make critical clinical decisions and manage projects to evolve care levels and meet the needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that our residents receive person-centred and compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
  • Experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
