About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies, overseeing the creation of care plans, and making critical clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain high standards of clinical care in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to nursing staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care
  • Manage projects and initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also require experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. As a Clinical Lead, you will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.
