We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead in a Care Home setting. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring that our care is in line with all regulations and standards.

You will have the autonomy to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects, and evolve care levels to meet the needs of every resident. Your expertise in gerontology and clinical policy frameworks will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivational individual who is passionate about sharing their knowledge with others. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the team, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest clinical developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in line with regulations and standards
  • Make critical clinical decisions and manage projects to evolve care levels
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the team
  • Ensure that the care provided is in line with all regulations and standards
Person SpecificationQualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of both clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
