Job Title: Medical Support Specialist

Digitaltidewave is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the safe transfer of patients.

We are offering a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  1. Provide medical support to patients during transfers, including administering physical interventions as required.
  2. Drive ambulances when necessary to ensure timely and efficient patient transportation.
  3. Collaborate with qualified nurses to convey and transfer patients safely and effectively.
  4. Evaluate patient risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Complete all necessary paperwork for patient transfers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  6. Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention to patients experiencing mental health difficulties.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  8. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
