Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Team at MAN Commercial Protection Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate sales leads and identify decision makers for security guarding requirements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Collaborate with the Commercial Team to create and present tenders and proposals
* Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop effective external marketing materials
* Provide weekly updates to the CEO

**Requirements:**

* A demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets
* Experience of prospecting, negotiating and closing contracted sales
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisational skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner

**Location:**

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30 minute lunch break.
