Warranty Administrator Job Description

As a Warranty Administrator at Auto Skills UK, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by ensuring full compliance with manufacturer warranty systems and minimizing the risk of warranty audit failure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Aftersales Manager in ensuring accurate warranty and goodwill claims are submitted.
  • Apply company policies and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor warranty reports to achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the motor industry in a warranty role.
  • Computer literate with good communication skills.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage workload efficiently.
  • Great attention to detail in work.

This is a busy role that involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with people are crucial.
